Bonus Lesson 1: Using the “if” Frame

Bonus Lesson #1: How to use the “if” frame to reduce resistance.

Hi everyone!

I finally managed to record the first bonus lesson for Talking to Toddlers customers. I think this lesson is going to help you understand, much more clearly, how to stack some of the various techniques that you learned from the audio recordings in the course.

I’m also showing you a new technique to disarm any resistance. This is the “if” frame.

Here’s the lesson. It’s about 6 minutes long. Just press the triangle to play it.

Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

If you can’t see the audio player here, it means your Flash plugin is not working correctly. Your best alternative is to download the lesson here, and use whatever MP3 player you prefer on your computer.

P.S. If you like learning about communication strategies then you might want to have a look at these audio recordings by Dr. Mike Mandel (he is the guy who taught me almost everything I know about language tools).
