This is a REAL email address and I monitor it regularly. Feel free to email me with any questions or for a refund request (which rarely happens). I absolutely read all email and I WILL REPLY. It’s always nice to see how many people are shocked that I actually reply with a real reply not some cut and paste automatic email.
